Baretz+Brunelle is looking for talented and creative Digital Marketing Associates to join its award-winning national strategic communications firm and thriving digital team. The Digital Marketing Associate works directly with a Senior Director to act as a tactical executioner for established projects. The Associate and Senior Director work as the digital marketing experts for clients in conjunction with communications/PR teams to amplify communication efforts, disseminate content, and execute other digital initiatives developed by the Senior Director and the Chief Digital Officer. This person spends the majority of their time working within digital platforms developing and disseminating content and communications through the appropriate channels, setting up automation workflows, and compiling digital metrics and client reports.
This role plays a key part in ensuring digital communications, assets, and technical setups are developed and executed in a timely and accurate manner, taking all feedback and optimization needs into account. While not a day-to-day contact, the Associate does have visibility to the client and is provided opportunities for growth by delivering client presentations over time.

Job Responsibilities (Varying by Client)

  • Website updates and maintenance
  • Email marketing setup and dissemination
  • CRM management
  • Social media content creation
  • Social media publishing
  • Digital editorial calendar development
  • Compile digital metrics for report/dashboard population
  • Conduct research (e.g., Digital benchmark, competitor digital analysis, etc.)
  • Ad hoc digital requests
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience within professional services, financial services, or legal firms or agencies.
  • 1-2 years of experience within CRM/Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or others.
  • 1-2 years of experience working within LinkedIn company pages and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of digital analytics.
  • Basic experience with social media copywriting
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and thoroughly.
  • Resourceful in finding answers and solutions.
  • Ability to manage up when needed to the Senior Director.
  • Comfortability in offering ideas and suggestions to the digital and communications teams.
  • Comfortability in asking questions when something is not understood but learning from the answer for the next time.
  • Ability to accept and integrate feedback from all levels of the B+B organization and client.
